Breakfast was excellent and very generous for a small establishment. Staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and minimally furnished, fresh and uncluttered.
I thought that it was not quite value for money because it is very basic for the rate I paid. Then again, the location is perfect for Durban nightlife, so this is some compensation. I had some issues with noise filtering upward from the lobby through the night, but was effortlessly relocated after informing hotel staff. Overall, it is a wonderful hotel and I would gladly recommend it to other travelers.

Great value for money and excellent location close to key attractions. The design was simple yet functional and pleasing to the eye. The staff were accommodating and friendly, making the overall experience enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a varied selection of options.
The room could have been cleaner and I had to request housekeeping services. the noise level was quite high, making it difficult to sleep at night.

Staff was friendly and efficient
Early hours of the morning there was some loud noise shouting and screaming I got up with a fright I was in room 6 1st floor and having people run up down the stairs at that time of the morning was no fun. I actually thought the hotel was being held up at that time. Being a female on her own from another town its was pretty scary

A very small thing, tea/coffee tray not replenished after the first day by houskeeping lady. Hotel is clean and well worth it.

This hotel was a great find! the location is perfect - tucked away on a quiet street off the bustling Florida Rd and close to the Stadium, you get the best of both worlds. Secondly, the staff here were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Thirdly, the rooms on the upper floors are a real treat. I stayed in a room with a balcony and it was a lovely spot to relax and soak up the atmosphere of this vibrant city. Finally, the basic amenities provided were spot on. The room had a big blanket and a working AC, ensuring a comfortable stay. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was simple but delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
All was well, nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from popular restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold items, and the coffee was excellent. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and parking.
The room lacked a refrigerator, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel was a bit overpriced for the amenities offered. Additionally, the noise level from neighboring rooms and hallways was a bit high, which made it difficult to sleep at times. our experience was enjoyable, but there were a few drawbacks to our stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Durban that exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable, especially considering the quality of service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the moment I entered, I noticed how everything was meticulously maintained and clean. Additionally, the hotel's location on a quiet street off the bustling Florida Rd and close to the Stadium was ideal. It allowed for a peaceful stay while still being conveniently situated in a vibrant area of the city.
While everything else at this hotel was perfect, I did notice one minor aspect that could be improved.
